1 cup sprouted moong
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (chopped)
1 green chilli (optional)
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ lemon

STEP 1
Lightly steam sprouts for 3–5 mins (optional for easier digestion).
STEP 2
