Ingredients
½ cup sattu (roasted chana flour)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli
½ tsp ajwain
Salt to taste
Lemon juice
Multigrain dough

Method
STEP 1
Mix sattu with onion, chilli, ajwain, salt, lemon.
STEP 2
Add little water to bind filling.
STEP 3
Stuff into dough and roll gently.

Cook on tawa with minimal or no oil.
STEP 5
Serve warm.
